Stones River National Battlefield Cemetery Waterline and Roadway Design Build
This project consisted of removing and replacing approximately 2600 linear feet of existing 43 year old water line. The existing system was a patchwork of PVC, galvanized, and copper pipe and has never been completely upgraded or modernized to accommodate the daily needs in the National Cemetery. Timberline designed and replaced the existing system that extends from the newly installed well pump. Items installed were a new water meter, and six pressure regulators. The design included backflow prevention devices, as well as, appropriate select fill, and detectable marking tape to mark and protect the newly installed pipe.
