Hurricane Harvey (DR-4332) – FEMA Housing Maintenance and Deactivation
Timberline Construction Group was chosen to work under FEMA to conduct approximately 30 unit installations and perform preventable routine maintenance, minor maintenance repairs and timely deactivation of manufactured houses and travel trailers for 1,680 unique properties from 2018 to present in east Texas. Work also included managing 24/7 call center operations and daily, weekly, and bi-weekly reporting. Additionally as a side project in FEMA's Beeville Staging Yard in Beeville, Texas, Timberline performed inspections, evaluation of damages, cost proposals and repairs for 5,350 manufactured housing and travel trailer units.
